Return & Custom Care Policy
At Viridian Anthology, each fine art piece is an artisan commission. Every selection from our archive is custom-printed on museum-grade archival media and individually mounted into hand-finished solid wood moldings with genuine fabric-wrapped linen liners based on your exact specifications.
Because each gallery-framed piece is built to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds for buyer remorse, design layout changes, or spatial miscalculations. We highly encourage our design trade clients and collectors to meticulously verify wall dimensions, scaling requirements, and framing selections prior to completing checkout.
Shipping Insurance & Transit Damages Policy
This text protects you because your premium print labs (Simply Framed / Printseekers) natively guarantee their transit packaging. If a delivery truck crushes a box, they will reprint and reship the frame to your customer entirely for free—meaning you never pay a single dime out of pocket for shipping damage.
Transit Protection & Damage Resolution
Your collection investments are fully insured from our artisan studio doors to your estate entrance. We package our heavy museum frames using multi-layered shock-absorbent foam chassis and structural industrial crating to withstand transit stress.
In the rare event that your fine art piece arrives with visible damage to the framing molding, linen lining, or acrylic glaze due to carrier handling, please follow our rapid resolution protocol:
Step 1: Retain all original external shipping boxes and internal packaging materials.
Step 2: Take clear, high-resolution photographs of the exterior carton damage and the specific impacted areas of the art frame assembly.
Step 3: Forward your order number and the damage photographs to our concierge desk at [Insert Your Brand Email Here] within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
Upon electronic validation of carrier transit damage, our workshop will instantly fast-track a premium replacement build of your exact frame configuration and dispatch it to your destination courier queue at absolute zero cost to you.
